Ingredients-
- Milk powder- 1 tbsp
- Icing or Powdered Sugar- 1/3 cup
- Butter/Coconut Oil/Ghee- 50 grams
- A pinch of salt (optional)
Method-
- Melt butter/coconut Oil/Ghee completely on a double boiler.
- Add Icing sugar to the melted butter, mix well and simmer the flame.
- Add milk powder, salt and mix until the batter becomes thin and smooth (No lumps left).
- Pour the batter in silicon moulds or ice tray and tap twice or thrice to burst the air bubbles then refrigerate for an hour.
- Once set, demould and serve. You can store the chocolates in an air tight container in refrigerator.
