Ingredients-
- Low fat Greek Yogurt- 1 cup
- Home-made Almond Milk- ½ cup
- Sugar free- 2 sachet (you can also use 4 tbsp honey)
- Grapes- 1/2 cup
- Roasted Peanuts- 1/2 cup
- Home-made Peanut Butter- 2 tbsp
- Ice Cubes- 4 to 5
Method-
- In a blender, add Greek yogurt, almond milk, sugar free/honey and grapes.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add the peanut butter, Roasted peanuts and ice and again blend until smooth.
- Serve.
