LYCHEE/LITCHI COLADA
Lychee is a very delicious fruit which has alot of health benefits. It is usually available in summers. It contains good amount of antioxidant Vitamin C, Vitamin B-complex and phytonutrient flavonoids. It is full of nutrients which are required to produce blood. Lychee contains good amount of fiber and Vitamin B-complex which increase metabolism fat, protein and carbohydrate. Fiber rich foods has proved to suppress appetite and increase metabolism. Lychee contains high amount of antioxidants which is effective to prevent early ageing. Lychee can be consumed in many ways like desserts, beverages and today I am sharing one of my favourite coconut lychee colada recipe with you.

INGREDIENTS
- Lychee- 10 (Deseeded)
- Pineapple juice- 150 ml
- Coconut cream- 50 ml
- Sugar- 2 tbsp (Optional)
- Ice Cream- 1 scoop (Any flavour)
- Ice Cubes- 8
INSTRUCTIONS
- Blend lychee flesh, sugar (if using) and coconut cream on high speed in a blender.
- Then add pineapple juice, ice cream and ice cubes.
- Blend for 15 seconds.
- Serve chilled.
