Ingredients 

Method-

  1. In a pan dry roast Oats for about 15 minutes before using. 
  2. Add blanched almonds in a blender along with 1/2 cup water, Blend on high speed for a minute. 
  3. Add Oats, whey protein powder, peanut butter, Banana and remaining 1/2 cup water. 
  4. Blend on high speed for 2 minutes. 
  5. Garnish with roasted Oats and Serve immediately. 

Notes:

* To blanch the almonds-Soak them in water overnight and in the morning remove the skin.
* Instead of using Almonds you can also use 1/2 cup milk.
