Ingredients
- Almonds- 10 (Blanched) *Refer notes
- Rolled Oats- 3 tbsp
- Water- 1 cup
- Banana- 1
- Peanut Butter- 1 tbsp
- Whey Protein Powder (Chocolate) - 1 scoop or 2 tbsp
Method-
- In a pan dry roast Oats for about 15 minutes before using.
- Add blanched almonds in a blender along with 1/2 cup water, Blend on high speed for a minute.
- Add Oats, whey protein powder, peanut butter, Banana and remaining 1/2 cup water.
- Blend on high speed for 2 minutes.
- Garnish with roasted Oats and Serve immediately.
Notes:
* To blanch the almonds-Soak them in water overnight and in the morning remove the skin.* Instead of using Almonds you can also use 1/2 cup milk.
