Ingredients-
- Strawberries or Kiwi- 1 cup (Optional)
- Banana- 1 large
- Fresh minced ginger- 1/2 tbsp
- Flax seeds/Alsi- 2 tbsp (Ground/Grinded)
- Spinach- 1 cup
- Diced mango- 1 cup
- Coconut water- 1 1/2 cup
- Honey or any Sweetner- 3 tbsp (optional)
Method-
- In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Add coconut water to adjust the thickness.
- Serve immediately.
