Ingredients-

  • Strawberries or Kiwi- 1 cup (Optional) 
  • Banana- 1 large
  • Fresh minced ginger- 1/2 tbsp
  • Flax seeds/Alsi- 2 tbsp (Ground/Grinded)
  • Spinach- 1 cup
  • Diced mango- 1 cup
  • Coconut water- 1 1/2 cup
  • Honey or any Sweetner- 3 tbsp (optional)

Method-

  1. In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth. 
  2. Add coconut water to adjust the thickness.
  3. Serve immediately.
