Almond Butter Recipe

Ingredients-
- Almonds- 1 cup
Method-
- Dry roast the Almonds very well on Low flame for about 15-20 minutes.
- Let it cool down slightly (do not cool them completely).
- Transfer the warmed almonds into a mixer or food processor.
- Grind them for 30 seconds and rest the grinder or food processor for 30 seconds (do not add oil or water).
- Repeat the above step until you get a fine paste (Butter).
- Store the butter in an air-tight glass container in refrigerator.
