Ingredients-

  • Banana- 1 large
  • Peach slices- 2 cup
  • Low-fat cottage cheese- 1 cup
  • Low fat milk or Almond milk- 1 cup
  • Honey- 4 tbsp
  • Ice cubes- 4

Method-

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. 
  2. Serve immediately.
