Tutti Fruity Recipe | Home-made Tutti Fruity
Tutti Fruity is used as a garnish on Shakes, Sundae, Cakes, ice creams and pastries. It can be prepared easily at home and can be stored. I am sharing a step by step recipe of preparing Tutti Fruity if you like it please leave a comment below.

Ingredients:
- Raw papaya-250gms
- Sugar-150gms
- 3 food colours (you can take as required)
- Vanilla Essence- 3 drops
- Water- As needed
Method-
- Peel, remove seeds and inner skin of papaya. Cut it into tiny cubes.
- In a vessel add around 1 1/2 cup of water (300 ml) and heat it.
- Once water starts boiling add papaya cubes into it. Cook on low flame for 5 mins or until half cooked (do not cook them fully).
- After 5 mins, turn off the flame and drain the water completely using strainer.
- Keep it aside on a plate.
- In a pan, add sugar and 5 tbsp of water. Heat it on medium flame.
- Once the sugar is completely dissolved add papaya into it.
- Continue to cook on low flame until sugar syrup turns to one string consistency.
- Once done turn off the flame and allow it to cool down at room temperature.
- Add 3 drops of vanilla essence in the papaya and sugar mixture.
- Add food colours into 3 separate bowls, transfer the papaya cubes into the bowls equally along with the sugar syrup.
- Mix it well with a spoon (Use separate spoon for each colour). Once mixed let them sit for 12 hours.
- After 12 hours, cover 3 different plates with tissue paper and transfer the papaya on tissues spread them so that it can dry completely. Let them dry for 4-5 hours.
- After 4-5 hours, remove the tissue paper and transfer Tutti Fruity in a air tight container and store them in refrigerator.
Note-
* If u don't prefer using colours then skip it.
