Ingredients
  • 250gms semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup water, divided in 2 equal portions
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1-1/4 cups (around 372gms) whipped cream
Method-
  1. In a double boiler, heat chocolate with 1/4 cup water and butter until they are melted. Cool for 10 minutes. 
  2. In a heavy pan, add egg yolks, sugar,  remaining water and whisk them. 
  3. Cook and stir the egg yolks mixture over low heat for about 4-5 minutes. 
  4. Remove from the heat, add the chocolate mixture and whisk it. 
  5. Take a separate bowl put ice-cubes in it. 
  6. Keep the pan on top of ice bowl and stir until cooled, for about 5-10 minutes. 
  7. Add whipped cream to the mixture once it is cooled and fold it. 
  8. Put the mixture into serving bowls and refrigerate overnight. Enjoy😉
