This recipe is dedicated to all the gym freaks out there. Try it after a hard workout and see the magic yourself. This recipe is a hit with kids as well as the adults, and can be made very quickly! The best part is you can make them and store in the refrigerator it tastes best when frozen. Without wasting anymore time lets jump into it.

1 cup oats Ingredients-
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup Alsi (also known as flax seeds)
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
1/2 tbsp kevda water
Directions-
- Mix oats, chocolate chips, alsi, peanut butter, honey, and kevda water together in a bowl.
- Form small balls using your hands.
- Cover a tray with butter paper.
- Arrange energy balls on the tray.
- Freeze for 1 hour. Enjoy!! 😊
Tip-
* you can also use Vanilla essence or rose water instead of kevda water.
* you can also add almonds, cashews and pistachios.
